We’ve streamlined the Return Authorization process, just follow the links to the information:

RETURN PROCEDURES

1. Contact your Dynamic Systems, Inc. Account Representative at (310) 377-4400 x202 before returning your product to us. Have the following information available when calling:

  • Customer purchase order number
  • Dynamic Systems, Inc. invoice number
  • Part Number and product description
  • Serial Number
  • Reasons for the return

2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us which will be valid for 15 days from issuing. Please make this number visible on all documents and Return all items unopened in the original boxe(s). Instructions for return shipping will follow with RMA number.

Note: All items returned freight collect or without the proper RMA label cannot be accepted. We will process your Return Merchandise Authorization upon receipt. Credits will be issued in the amount of your most recent purchase or the current price, whichever is lower, and can be applied toward future purchases with Dynamic Systems, Inc. Please do not debit your account or delay payment of amounts due.

PRODUCT RESTOCKING FEES

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged on all goods returned with the exception of D.O.A. equipment. Our customers will receive a full credit for the return and will receive a separate invoice referencing the invoice number which the product was returned against and the restocking fee charged.

Please Note: Although our policies may permit a purchaser to return products claimed to be defective under certain circumstances, we make no warranties of any kind with respect to any products. Dynamic Systems, Inc. disclaims all representations and warranties with respect to the products, whether expressed, implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

The right to return defective products, as previously described, shall constitute our sole liability and the purchaser's exclusive remedy in connection with a claim of any kind relating to the quality, condition or performance of product, whether such a claim of any kind relating to the quality, condition or performance of a product, whether such a claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, or otherwise.

Dynamic Systems, Inc. shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lose of use, lost data or for any damages or sums paid by the purchaser to third parties, even if Dynamic Systems, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based on principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principals of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES

Dynamic Systems, Inc. will not accept any returns for special orders. The product must be returned in the original manufacturer's carton and must contain all parts, including manuals, software, cables, etc. The serial number of the product to be returned is required. Products that become defective after installation should be handled through the manufacturer's warranty program. Dynamic Systems, Inc. will not be responsible for any items inadvertently left installed in returned products. Please be sure to remove all property from the machine before returning it.

Software (current product only)

Resellable products can be returned within 15 days of original purchase. Software must be unopened and in original condition. If seal is broken, return will be denied.

Hardware (current product only)

Non-defective CPU's, boards, modems, monitors, printers, plotters, scanners, mainframe links, UPS products and other accessories can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. Product must be unused and the packaging must be in resalable condition. A handling fee of 15% will be charged to defray the cost of inspecting the product.

Chips and Memory

Non-defective chips and memory products may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. A credit will be issued in the amount of your most recent purchase or the current price, whichever is lower. The credit may be applied toward future purchases only. All handling and inspection fees apply. Dynamic Systems, Inc. reserves the right to refuse products returned if the original manufacturer's static seal has been broken. Subject to manufacturer's warranty requirements, Dynamic Systems, Inc. will accept the return of D.O.A. or defective chips and memory products within 15 days of invoice date.

Defective on Arrival (D.O.A.) Products

A Defective on Arrival (D.O.A.) product is defined as a product that fails upon installation. D.O.A. products can be returned for credit or exchange. To receive full credit, products must be returned complete (all packaging materials, accessory items, including power cords, software, etc.). Products which fail within the warranty period will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty program. Products must be returned in good condition with original components and packaging included.
