SSTEW is an Enterprise Software Agreement (ESA) under the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), which offers extended warranty, maintenance, education, and professional services for all Oracle’s Sun products. The extended warranty and maintenance covered in this contract includes flexible and comprehensive hardware and software support ranging from basic to mission-critical service. Our contract also includes free, secure access to Dynamic Systems’ online asset tracking tool – the Contract Management Center (CMC). Our SSTEW agreement meets DFARS and the DoD 5000 series specifications as well as the Small Business SDB / 8(a) requirements.
