NIH ECS III Warranty Information

Manufacturer’s standard commercial warranty shall be applicable to purchases under this contract. Dynamic System, Inc. provides no manufacturer’s warranty, including but not limited to, warranties pertaining to the intellectual property rights of Products. To the extent permitted by the manufacturer and requested by NITAAC/NIH, Dynamic Systems, Inc. will pass on any manufacturer’s product warranty. Dynamic Systems, Inc. hereby disclaims any and all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
