Dynamic Systems, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Carlos Stygar, and immediately joined by Mardi Norman. Their venture began as a technical writing company, and grew into a $50 million company with more than thirty employees. Originally developing through contracts from Jet Propulsion Laboratories, the company now counts the Federal Government as well as fortune 500 companies as long-term clients, and boasts branch offices in Orange County, Colorado, Utah and Washington D.C.

From the outset, it was vital to the founders that the growth of Dynamic Systems, Inc. would not negatively impact the quality of their products or services. During this phase Carlos oversaw the technical and sales side of the company and Mardi, with a Masters degree in business, specialized in developing and maintaining the infrastructure of the company.

Incorporated in 1995, and with a vision turned into an operating business plan, Carlos and Mardi built a first-rate company that provides state-of-the-art technology and takes pride in putting customers first. Dynamic Systems, Inc. is now identified as an information technology solutions provider and project management company, which takes responsibility as the single point of contact in integrating multi-vendor solutions. Over 70% of the company’s business is now with the government. Sun Microsystems, Veritas, HDS, Enterasys, Cisco, and Oracle are just a few of the vendors with which the company carries certifications.

As President & Chief Executive Officer, Mardi Norman has led Dynamic Systems, Inc. to receive such accolades as the Award for Excellence by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), for outstanding contributions and service to the nation by a small business in satisfying the needs of the Federal procurement system. Beyond that, in January 2000, Dynamic Systems, Inc. was awarded the prestigious 8(a) /Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) business certification by the SBA. CRN named the company “Best In Show” at the Enterprise level in their April 14th issue, and in 2004, Dynamic Systems, Inc. received further recognition from Sun Microsytems with two iForce Excellence Awards.
